2026 Meeting Dates
Meetings are held virtually.

• Monday, January 12 – 6:30pm

• Monday, October 26 – 6:00pm
• Monday, December 28 – 6:00pm

HOA Dues

Payment booklets were mailed to homeowners in December. The 2026 monthly dues rate is $375 and payments are due the first of each month.

Trash Collection

Trash and recyclable items are collected on Monday mornings.

• Trash is collected on Thursday mornings
• Trash should be placed at the curb after dusk on Sunday and Wednesday evenings
• Do not place trash on the grass or sidewalk
• Sidewalks must always be accessible and free of impediments (beyond our rules, the county or state’s, this is an ADA compliance issue)
• Trash must be placed in a can
• Dark bags must be used if you do not have a can
• Recyclable items should be placed in a recycle bin

**GLASS IS NOT RECYCLED CURBSIDE**
